Wow. It's been like... 2 months since this blog's been updated? o.o

Tomorrow's our last day, I just thought it'd be fitting to post something, anything.

Gosh. I can't imagine being without you awesome e-oneders. No more Mr Tham, no more ShaoWei with his "I can explain...", no more insane cackling from JiaYi, no more melodrama flowing in the classroom, no more getting crazy-high with everyone. It's all a little depressing.

I think I can't speak for the rest of the class so I'll just make it clear that ILY guys. Really.
It may be kind of crazy and impossible but it's true: You guys are pretty much my family.

It's been a bumpy road, from not knowing anyone at the start of 2008, most of us shy and still getting to know each other, trying to settle into our 'cliques' to all of us now having this degree of familiarity with everyone. Even though the journey we've gone on has been filled with both good and the bad, it's been a memorable one that I don't think I'll forget for quite some time.

As we get streamed and allocated into different classes, I believe that we'll always stay together in spirit. I'd like to end this short post with some quotes I thought were appropriate to our situation.

I feel the desperate need to post something up cause' everyone else is posting and I haven't done it in ages and bursts of electricity and light are making me too jumpy to study so here's my post.

the chesire part was fun coz we played games with the elderlies n tokked to them n they replied....the christian home was kinda challenging n loved it....i went to tok to the auntie who did not reply.... thn there is this auntie tokkin but i jus cant seem to be able to understand her.... mr tham was quite nice....he went there to help me...nb he consoled the auntie....thn there was this auntie who kept saying she want MILO MILO MILO ....thn the ppl there say she is not alright ....thn mr tham oso went to console her???or smth.... actually it was quite fun at both homes...i was like laughing like siao no matter if it was funny anot ....i tink im a little mentally unsound....lols....thn the aren keep using the boomwhackers as gun or smth which makes hym ooks so retard....IF THERE IS A CHANCE ...I HOPE THAT THE WHOLE CLASS CAN GO TOGETHER AGAIN....

i mean, we have a few quarrels, arguments, disagreements, conflicts, unrest, disputes whatever and i know of some people who can act EXCELLENTLY, better than this DRAMA girl, and cover up many faults.

don't get me wrong, I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A FIGHT HERE.

all i want to say is that we must remain united as one class, get along well with our classmates and schoolmates and don't leave anyone behind. because everyone deserves a chance to make their lives better and of course, a few other friends won't hurt right?

i'm not telling anyone what to do but i am sure everyone wants a happier, more peaceful 1E1 and of course, a better Zhonghua. and in the end, nice memories to bring home everyday.

we're doing GOOD so far, but it def can be better. i wanna see everyone happy happy always ok?

We'll be throwing a party for all the AHEM! on AHEM! The party's gonna have lots of little goodies and we're gonna present personalized brownies to all of our AHEM! during the party, along with whatever gifts we've gotten them. I'll be bringing a yellow board for us to write our messages on for the AHEM! to read and maybe even take home but I haven't really thought about that idea yet so it might be scrapped.

Another thing to take note of is that the DE.CO (DEsign COmmitee) will be putting up decorations in line with the theme/event but we are in need of volunteers who are willing to contribute to the decoration of our class, be it in the form of an extra hand or cash.

Speaking of cash, it would be awesome if you guys could donate some spare cash into our class fund so that we'll be able to buy the stuff that we need to make the brownies. I know it's awful to have less cash but we DESPERATELY need it. I'm willing to get the stuff we need for baking the brownies but for any extra stuff like sprinkles or whatever, it'd be great if you could get them. It doesn't have to be brand new! Sprinkles, chocolate chips, M n' Ms, balloons, streamers, etcetera.

If anyone wants to donate anything, please tell me, Kim, in advance cause' I'll be writing the names of who's promised what and so on, so that we can have a little board or paper or something to give credit to those kind and generous souls who contributed to the celebration.

Alright, I'm done promoting now. Thank G-d I'm so thick-skinned.

i have just changed the blogskin.

people please be happy that someone bothered to do it for you. so don't complain.

i know it just doesn't look great, but live with it, i was only given an hour to do it ok.

so now, if there are any people with free time and if you are html literate, please try to do the following.

1. reduce the font size in the side bar.

2. REPLACE THE TAGBOARD. i dont know how it became like this but i suggest we replace the board as alot of it is thrash and spam. and also to restore it to its nice size.

3. if you can find a better skin, change it too. if a skin catches your eye as a nice class blog skin, you are more than welcome to change.

ok so that's said and done.

if you have the time to even come here, it means your comp is on and you have lotsa time. so please POST as well. it will help to revive this blog. don't know what to write is NOT an excuse. you can post homework as well.

Please click on your respective class and complete the survey for all your teachers. As there was a delay in the launch of the portal, all students are to complete all surveys by 4 July 2008 (Friday). Students who do not computers or internet access at home may use the computers in the school library (open daily, 0800 to 1150 and 1250 to 1700) during the holidays or when school reopens. Follow-up actions will be taken against students who did not complete the survey by 4 July 2008 (Friday).

The school will be awarding 1 merit point per student to classes who completed the survey for every teacher who has taught the class in Semester 1. Hence, do remind your fellow classmates to complete the surveys before school reopens.

Well, this is kinda belated but whatever o.o

A homework list! For those lazy fools such as I who completely procrastinate with their holiday homework till the very last moment and spend the last 3 days rushing it, this is for you.

Literature: 5 poems, each one of a different kind of poetry style. Sonnets, Shape Poems, Limericks, Haikus and Free-Verse poetry. A reflection of each poem is required. Either typed-out or hand-written.

EL: A book review[summary and reflection] on any book. Typed out.

CL: Chinese book review[summary and reflection?]. Hand-written or typed-out.

Maths: Math Worksheet on all the topics covered to be done on Foolscap Paper.

CE: Service-Learning Day Scrapbook. Either in pairs or groups. Consists of reflections, processes, relevant pictures and info about beneficiary. Pairs should have 5 pages for their scrapbook. Groups should have 8 or so pages, depending on number of team mates.

I'm so bored leh! How was your NAPFA test? great?

Kimberly and i were like so darn funny la. When i caught up with her and she was walking, i kept slapping her to carry on and jog. Then she ran ahead. Then she stopped again and started walking, then i slapped her again. the slappings was so funny!!! i think i looked really funny when i was showing gestures. i can't believe i also ask ks to hurry up! julian and edwin also!! l0lx!!

Then after that, i felt like dieing... so tired. no oxygen. i *breathe, breathe, breath* at 132 bpm (beat per minute) LOL!! i hope i get at least a C but i'm aiming for A.

Howdy, y'all.
Was the 2.4km run okay? Anyone else's legs felt on fire?
My "saliva [had] turned to glue"*.
Or at least, it felt like it.

Was bouncing round' the theory that when we don't drink enough water, our body becomes dehydrated after running and because it needs to excrete sweat to bring down our body temperature, the body dips into its cache of water - in this case, saliva - for enough sweat to be excreted.

Alright, I admit that was a big load of crap but - whatever >.=
