It saddens me to inform you of the demise of Mr Kelvin Tan, HOD Humanities at ZHSS.
A fine young gentleman whom I had the pleasure of getting acquainted.

The following are details as published in the Obituaries section of The Straits Times on Monday June 16, 2008.

Wake is held at Church of Our Lady of Lourdes
(Hall of Repose - Notredame Room)
50 Ophir Road.
Parlour opens 7.30am - 11pm.
Cortege leaves parlour on Wednesday 18 June, 4pm
for funeral service at Church of Our Lady of Lourdes at 4.15pm
and thereafter to Mandai Crematorium Hall 4 for cremation at 5.45pm

Please click on your respective class and complete the survey for all your teachers. As there was a delay in the launch of the portal, all students are to complete all surveys by 4 July 2008 (Friday). Students who do not computers or internet access at home may use the computers in the school library (open daily, 0800 to 1150 and 1250 to 1700) during the holidays or when school reopens. Follow-up actions will be taken against students who did not complete the survey by 4 July 2008 (Friday).

The school will be awarding 1 merit point per student to classes who completed the survey for every teacher who has taught the class in Semester 1. Hence, do remind your fellow classmates to complete the surveys before school reopens.
